Fuzzy Wuzzy offers FREE pickup and delivery on all rug cleaning services throughout King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties. This covers the majority of western Washington, however, if you are unsure as to whether or not your home is covered within our delivery radius, give us a call.

Our rug pickup & delivery service is 100% FREE. That’s right. It does not cost you a penny for us to pick it up or drop it off — unlike so many other cleaners.

We know how busy your life can be. Let Fuzzy Wuzzy take a few things off your plate by offering free pickup and delivery for your rugs. For urgent cleanings, call us at 206-525-0058 as quickly as time permits. We may be in your area already and get to you same-day.

Do I have to be home during pickup?

While we’d like you to be home during pickup so we can discuss your cleaning needs, we understand you have a busy schedule. You can leave your rug on the porch or in a safe location and our technician will pick it up. Arrange the details of pickup during scheduling.

Can I leave my rug on the porch?

Yes, as long as you have arranged the details of such during scheduling. Make sure to answer your phone at the time your rug is being picked up, as the technician may have questions about your cleaning needs.

Should I have my rug rolled up for pickup?

Our technicians prefer that you leave your rug unrolled. We will measure and inspect your rug before leaving your home.

Do you move furniture off the rug?

Our technicians will move small furniture off the rug. We typically do not move large furniture such as beds, pool tables, large tables, etc.

We ask that you let us know if you have any particularly heavy pieces of furniture to be moved when you contact us. When we’re done, we will put your furniture back the way they found it, and when your clean rug is delivered, the technician will reinstall your rug wherever you would like it.

What days of the week do you do pickup?

Our technicians are available for pickup and delivery Monday through Saturday.

What types of payments do you accept?

We take credit card/debit card, cash and checks.

When do I pay?

You pay upon delivery of the cleaned rug. You can pay online, in-person with the technician or come into one of our locations.

How long does it take to clean my rug?

Our rug cleaning process typically takes about one week. Expect your rug delivered back to you 7 days later.

Can I just drop-off my rug at a store?

Sure! If you’d prefer to bring in the rug, drop it off at any one of our eight locations. We are open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
