Here are some important facts regarding rugs and their cleaning

• It is recommended that rugs be cleaned every 1-2 years to insure long life and good appearance. Dirt and grime  over time wear away the pile of your rug increasing the chance of holes, tears and other damage.
• Avoid store bought chemical spotters. Most of these are not designed with the life of your rug in mind. Many are very difficult to rinse out and over time they continue to work resulting in color loss and fading. If you spill something keep the spot wet and get it to us as quickly as possible.
